Pathways

One of the most integral parts of being human is the act of observing. This series of screenprints originates from my own interpretations of the physical world around me, as I often find that there are stories hidden within the everyday, begging to be explored and understood. This work is driven by my deep interest in the idea that there is mystery in the familiar and beauty in the mundane – the spaces where many would describe as ordinary are the very places that hold almost a spiritual calmness. To highlight these moments and feelings in a distinctive way, I utilize the layering of shapes, colors, and text. The creation of these prints was driven by an active exploration within my own archives of recent travels.
